Nineteen years in education. Two decades in business. One standard: excellence.
Tanisha Norine Williams has spent nineteen years inside classrooms, campuses and district offices — teaching, coaching leaders, turning around under-performing schools and building the systems that keep gains in place after the consultants leave.
Before education, she spent two decades in business, where she learned what most schools are never taught: how to price a service, run a process, ship on a deadline and answer to a board. NORWILL brings both disciplines to the same table.
She founded NORWILL, Inc. to serve the audiences she has always served — families, educators, faith-based and nonprofit leaders, higher education, government and business — with a firm that treats them all as capable adults with hard problems worth solving well.
